Due to low pollution and energy consumption characteristics, Electric vehicles (EVs) occupy the automotive industry market gradually. However, its special demand for electric energy sources brings new challenges to system load allocation and line margins. The comprehensive models that takes its randomness, management structure and control system into account are the focus of this paper in order to study the influence of charging EV on the distribution network. Firstly, using the mathematical probability distribution to describe user's behavior, this paper establishes the EV time scale model and Aggregator quantity selection model. Secondly, according to IEEE 123 Test Feeder system, the effect of Aggregator's number on the distribution network load curve is proposed. Lastly, based on 12 EV Aggregators in a certain area of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei, the analysis result, Aggregator `s influence on the electrical quantity of distribution network each node in different integration locations, is given.
